Fosterfields Living Historical Farm
When looking for an open-air museum, Fosterfields Living Historical Farm in Morristown NJ is a good choice. This 213.4-acre farm features structures dating back to 1774, including the Ogden House. Visitors can tour this historic farmhouse and learn about how farming methods changed over time. For families, the farm offers interactive exhibits that educate visitors about the changing role of women in society. The Ogden House is the oldest building on the farm. During the Pandemic of 1918, the Macculloch House was closed, but will reopen in the future. The museum contains collections of Thomas Nast cartoons.
