They have a botanical garden, an arboretum, and an orchard which are all part of their larger estate. The arboretum was established in 1879 by Dr James William Jeune who himself lived at 10 W Green Lane. It has since been owned by his son-in-law Arthur M. Stern who spent much of his life working on developing the land for its greatest potentials as a landscape architect and botanist.
